The Curious Incident of The Dog In The Night Time by Mark Haddon

The Curious Incident of The Dog In The Night Time is a 221 page book written by an English writer Mark Haddon. This book's setting is in Swindon, England and London, England. This novel is written in first-person perspective of a 15 year-old boy who has autism name Christopher John Francis Boone. Christopher is a very smart boy who remember all capital of countries in the world and prime numbers up to 7,057. The book's conflict is that Christopher one day found a dead dog in front of Mrs. Shear's house name Wellington killed with a fork. Mrs. Shear believed Christopher killed it, so Christopher is being a detective to find out who killed Wellington. Later, Christopher's dad revealed that he killed Wellington. Dad also lied about mother that she is dead. So after many thinking, Christopher is afraid of dad and so he went to London where his mom lives. I rate this book five because it is very intense and it interests me to read more. I recommend this book to some people because it is not really a children type of book and also because it has lots of bad words in it. I hope the people that will read it enjoy the book like I did. Bye!
