    Big Nate On A Roll is a 216 pages, super hilarious book written by Lincoln Peirce. This book's setting is at Nate's school, Nate's house, and at the place of the timber scouts, and the place of the timber scouts meetings.
The book's main character is a school boy and timber scout Nate. He is smart and messy, and very competitive. His life in school and timber scouts was going fine until Mr.Perfect Artur showed up. Nate was on a roll ... a bad roll. It all started with Nate holding a ladder for Artur to paint, then Artur dropped some few drops of paint on Nate. When one of the drops dropped on Nate's eyes. He was blinded and crashed into the ladder, which crashed. And so Artur fell, and Nate got detention. Nate is planning to change something, from being second place to first place in timber scout. Timber scout was selling wall hangings. Atur got 424 dollars, and Nate got 109.08 dollars. To find more than 300 dollars to beat Artur, what will Nate do? Read more to find out.
